Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of TapTick, including account owners, invited team members, managers, administrators, and anyone accessing the service through an organisation account.

2. Prohibited activity

You must not use TapTick to:

• break the law or encourage unlawful conduct;
• upload malware, harmful code, or malicious scripts;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without written permission;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• access another customer's data or attempt to bypass tenant boundaries;
• store content that is abusive, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory in a way that is unlawful;
• use the service to spam, harass, or send unauthorised communications.

3. Data entry standards

You are responsible for ensuring that data entered into TapTick is relevant to your business use of the platform and handled lawfully. Do not upload excessive personal data, special category data, or unrelated sensitive material unless you have a lawful basis and the platform is intended for that use.

4. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may investigate, remove or restrict content, suspend users, require corrective action, or terminate the account where necessary.
